Protect your Icelandic horse effectively from insects with this lightweight and flexible sweet itch rug – specifically designed for Icelandics. The elastic, breathable, and quick-drying material ensures high comfort and optimal protection for your horse.
The rug features flexible inserts at the shoulders and base of the neck, providing good freedom of movement. An adjustable elastic at the neck and a wide, elastic belly flap ensure a snug and secure fit without discomfort. The adjustable protection between the front legs and the large tail flap offer excellent defense against irritating bites and midges.
The sweet itch rug closes securely between the front legs, hind legs, and across the belly to provide full insect-repelling coverage. It also includes buckles for easy attachment of a fly mask (mask not included), and comes with repair fabric for minor fixes if needed.
